TERMS AND CONDITIONS (MOVIES)
When you book and pay on-line you agree to the terms and conditions of sale set out below:
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned (See “Cancellation Policy” below).
- Please take care when booking as the ticket will only be valid for the date and time specified. Exceptional cases are at the discretion of St Catherine’s Island staff and may be subject to an administration fee.
- All major credit and debit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro) excluding American Express.
- All prices are correct at the time of publishing. However, they are subject to change without prior notice.
- Parties of 25 or more persons constitute a group. Special rates are available for groups booking in advance by e-mail to contact@saintcatherinesisland.co.uk.
- We do not accept on-line bookings from organisations who wish to sell onto their customers. All bookings of this nature must be dealt with by agreement, email contact@saintcatherinesisland.co.uk.
- Tickets are not to be purchased and used by any organisation for promotional purposes without prior agreement with St Catherine’s Island & Fort staff.
- Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of a ticket is grounds for cancellation of that ticket without a refund or other compensation.
- All visitors to the Island must have a valid entrance ticket that has been purchased on-line or at the main gate.
- St Catherine’s Island staff reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse entry or admission or to remove any person from the Island.
- St Catherine’s Island reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date and time in case of poor or bad weather conditions with agreement of the visitors concerned.
- Visitors are reminded that for technical or operational reasons access to some facilities or areas may be removed or closed to the public.
- St Catherine’s Island staff reserves the right to change the programme if at any time if it is deemed necessary or appropriate to do so.
- Photography throughout the Island is allowed within all public spaces for non-commercial private use only.
- Videography of guides delivering tour based information and detail is not permitted as is the publishing of such material in any form without the prior consent of St Catherine’s Island staff.
- St Catherine’s Island & Fort accepts no responsibility for personal property.
- Notwithstanding our reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information appearing on this website, we make no express or implied warranties in relation to its accuracy.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once you have purchased / booked your place proof of identity may be required when arriving. Please ensure you have a form of identification on arrival.
- Applications for refunds for bookings can made any time up to 48 hrs prior to the actual event.
- All refunds will be made minus the original booking charge applied for the appropriate payment method.
- No refunds can be made within 48hrs of the actual booked event although alternative dates may be offered subject to availability at the time.
